All recognise the potential that is inside us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The foundation of what I practice and teach, and the way I engage with this process, has been refined and adjusted over more than fifteen years, both through intensive self-study and thousands of hours facilitating others in mindfulness practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I present meditation not just as a practice but as a state of awareness to be maintained in every moment\u2014a total awareness that awakens the individual from automatic conditioned responses, limiting beliefs, and emotional patterns.
