With a diverse background spanning various disciplines and practice modalities, MR WOOLF’s approach to mind training is principle-centred, with a distinct focus on realising and actualising our potential to impact personal and cultural transformation.

His academic journey led him to study leadership at The University of Sydney Business School as part of a Global Executive MBA. Additionally, he graduated from Philanthropy Australia’s inaugural accelerator program for emerging philanthropists, deepening his understanding of social impact and community engagement.

MR WOOLF brings a wealth of expertise, including:

Meditation Instructor, Performance-Based Mindfulness Coach, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Energy Medicine (Master Reiki Practitioner), Natural Skincare Formulation and Clinical Aromatherapy.

With a passion for empowering individuals to harness their true potential, MR WOOLF is dedicated to guiding others on their journey towards holistic well-being and personal growth.
