What is the shadow?

The shadow is the part of our mind that we cannot access from a conscious state – the unloved or unresolved aspects of our psyche or personality, including memories of traumatic experiences (often unconscious) from the past.

When left unaddressed the shadow manifests as self-limiting beliefs and narrative patterns, psychological and behavioural traits that hold us back or cause recurring issues in life.
