Over the past 10 years, I have seen psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors (the lot) to try and ‘feel better’ about aspects of my life. These therapies helped me to feel momentarily better, but then a week later, I’d be booking another session to talk about the same old story and why I was feeling so anxious and sad. Mr Woolf’s 24 week program taught me the skills to slow my mind right down, get in touch with my subconscious, overcome limiting beliefs and ultimately make true and lasting change in my life.
